Irgens Completes Presence Healing Arts Pavilion

CHICAGO – Irgens announced the completion of the Presence Healing Arts Pavilion, a new outpatient healthcare center located at 16615 S. Route 59 in Plainfield, Ill. The single-story, 25,000 RSF building is leased in its entirety by Presence Health Network. The facility opened in late 2015.

“We had a vision of what the Presence Healing Arts Pavilion could be and are proud to say we’ve meet that goal,” stated Darcy Lorenzen, Regional Director, Business Development, Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. “The new facility has expanded our ability to provide convenient, quality medical services for residents in the Plainfield community in a unique and remarkable environment. We believe Presence Healing Arts Pavilion has set a new standard for a patient-centered and state-of-the-art environment of care in the region.”

Service lines include diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, radiology, bone density, mammography), immediate care, physical therapy, a community room and physician offices. The distinctive, cutting-edge exterior and interior design offers a comprehensive patient experience and provides outpatient services tailored to working adults and busy caregivers.

The Presence Healing Arts Pavilion has the flexibility to expand by up to 15,000 SF to meet future community healthcare needs. Morgan/Harbour Construction was the general contractor and Jensen & Halstead was the architect. Irgens oversaw all facets of the project, including land procurement, entitlements, financing, contractor selection and construction administration.
