GILBERT, Ariz. – Irgens completed the $17 million acquisition of four acres of land for an upcoming Gilbert medical campus that is already 65 percent pre-leased.

 

Groundbreaking is planned to start this week for the medical campus, Spectrum Medical Commons, near Val Vista Drive and the 202 SanTan Freeway. The facility will be adjacent from the Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

 

Development will begin with a two-story, multi-tenant building at 3367 S. Mercy Road, fit with 44,000 square feet of leasable space. Common break room and conference facilities will be featured along with outdoor patio seating for tenant staff.

 

This project will be the first new multi-tenant leasable medical facility in the area developed since 2010.
