Irgens welcomes Caleb Hans as Assistant Property Manager to its property management team. A graduate from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing, Caleb spent several years working in the Twin Cities learning the trade.
“As we continue to grow our assets under management, we aim to hire those individuals that help represent our clear passion for Commercial Real Estate. Caleb embodies that representation and is sure to add value to our talented and experienced Property Management team here at Irgens,” stated Brett Greenfield, Managing Director, Property and Facility Management.


Irgens also welcomes Alexia Haidemanos as Capital Markets & Financing Administrator. In her role Alexia will work in all aspects of Irgens owned portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings and investment management.
“The addition of Alexia provides Irgens with enhanced capabilities to serve our current and future stakeholders,” stated Duane Nolde, Executive Vice President.


With the completion of BMO Tower, Irgens added Lauren Nachtigall as Tenant Service Coordinator. Lauren works closely with the general manager and assistant general manager addressing the day-to day requests of building occupants and responding to and resolving any operational and/or maintenance concerns assuring a high level of service and responsiveness to all.

Irgens welcomed Sherly Davis as Development Coordinator. In addition to working with the Phoenix based development team, she will be integral to connecting Irgens’ operations working with our accounting, risk management, marketing, and design and construction administration teams.
“Sheryl has a proactive, do-what-it-takes work ethic, as well as a drive and understanding of the Phoenix market,” stated Derek Flottum, Vice President, Development.
