Spring construction to start on two office buildings at The Corridor

Irgens is moving forward with two new office buildings totaling 235,000 SF at The Corridor. The company plans to develop a two-story single-tenant building totaling 45,000 SF and a six-story, 190,000 SF building for multiple tenants, with completion set for 2021.
