Life Time to Begin Construction in July at The Corridor

06/11/2018

Life Time Inc. has purchased a site at The Corridor in Brookfield for $7.6 million from Irgens with plans to break ground next month.

“Very soon the dirt will be disturbed,” said Dan Ertl, director of community development for the City of Brookfield. “All public process approvals have been granted.”

Life Time will include an outdoor aquatic center with zero-depth entry pools, lap pools and water slides. There also will be art dance, music and tumbling studios available for children, indoor and outdoor cafes, as well as a full-service salon and spa.

“We are honored to have the best-in-class organization, Life Time, be part of The Corridor,” said Mark Irgens, CEO and manager of Irgens Partners. “Life Time provides great value to businesses and residents of Brookfield and is an economic development tool to attract and retain Brookfield companies and residents.”

Life Time is joining other tenants at The Corridor, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Portillo’s, Associated Bank, Charles Schwab, AT&T, Holiday Inn Express & Suites and a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.
