Milwaukee Downtown, Business Improvement District #21 awarded BMO Tower with its Brick & Mortar Award for its impact and commitment to downtown Milwaukee. The office tower, developed by Irgens, has been meticulously designed to deliver the next generation of workplace to the region.

This prestigious award was presented at the annual meeting and 25th Anniversary Celebration on Oct. 13 at the Bradley Symphony Center. The meeting reflected on Milwaukee Downtown’s 25 years of accomplishments and looked at future goals. Corporations, individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond to “MKE an impact” were recognized for their efforts.

Irgens was recognized at the event in front of approximately 250 individuals, including downtown property owners, businesses, elected officials, neighborhood organizations, media and other stakeholders.
