East Mequon V was East Mequon Corporate Centre’s first premier Class A multi-tenant office building. Irgens developed the building in 2002. In the downturn of 2008, the major tenant went bankrupt and vacated the building. Irgens identified a market gap for large spaces and ultimately converted the building to a single-tenant building. After securing a long-term lease with a single tenant, Irgens sold the building and provided great value to its investors.
